Liquid materials are metered and fed into the circulation tank. Powder is screw-fed, agglomerates are broken into a dspersed state, thenquickly weted by the liquid for pre-mixing. The mixed slury passes through the integrated dispersing head, where high shear forces achievethorough dispersion. With a dual-tank circulation system, the entire batch is circulated mutiple times, then transferred to a disperser forsingle-tank fine dispersion. After several passes, the final slurry is obtained.
