Advanced Battery Laboratory

Huacai Advanced Battery Laboratory focuses on the research direction of "battery cellelectrode paste ". The laboratoy has a construction area ofapproximately 1500 square meters and an environmental cleanliness level of 100000 sanitary grade.Through advanced dehumidification systems, the dew point controlin the experimental area can be achieved to be less than -45 °C, with an ambienthumidity of less than 0.2%, and can be used for the preparation of ultra-high nickel NCM slurry experiments.

Detection capability

The laboratory is equipped with various advanced lithium battery analysis and testing equipment such as the ANTON PAAR rheometer,. MARLVERNMAZ3000 laser partice size analyzer, and PHENOM SCIENTiFIC scanning electron microscope.It can conduct mixing tests and characteristic testing ofvarious new energy battery slurries (such as LFP/NCM/NCA/Lithium Titanate, Slicon Carbon negative electrode, etc.)

The laboratoy facilities indude: Battery Slury Wet Twin- Screw extruder Laboratory,Cycic High- Effciency Slury Preparation Laboratory, Dual-PlanetaryHomogenization Laboratory, Utra-High Solid Content Electrode Sheet Preparation Laboratory, and Dry Electrode Manufacturing Laboratory.
